I love to listen to people about what they do to stay creative and sane when living an active life. One of my personal “injections of creativity” in 2015 was to go to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in London, beautiful for both your eyes and soul.
We live in a society that can be very demanding, which can make us ill in many ways. About 1/3 of everyone living in the Western world will experience some kind of mental illness in their lives. In Sweden 300,000 children under the age of 18 are on anti-depressant. That’s a lot for a country with just 10 million citizens.
One way to stay sane in this crazy busy world is to know more about what makes you feel creative and what kills your creativity. If more people know more about how their creativity works then less people would fall mentally ill.
My aim with this project is to inspire more people look after themselves and their creativity. We are all different and there is no cure or model that fits everyone. Pick and choose what you read here, and ask yourself the same questions.
Your brain is a muscle, and you need to look after it every day. As well as looking after your body.
